Social Media Policy
X Studios respects your right to maintain personal social media accounts and participate in online communities. This policy outlines your responsibilities when your online activity intersects with your work at X Studios.
Personal Accounts
You are personally responsible for the content you publish on personal social media accounts, blogs, and online forums. Content that may embarrass X Studios, violate client confidentiality, or breach your NDA can result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
General guidelines:
- Make clear that opinions expressed are your own, not X Studios’. Use “I” not “we.”
- Never share confidential client information, project details, or proprietary work without written approval.
- Do not post images, videos, or descriptions of client projects, environments, or events unless explicitly authorized by both X Studios and the client.
- Do not make disparaging remarks about clients, competitors, or colleagues.
- Do not share internal financial information, personnel matters, or business strategy.
X Studios Branded Content
If you are sharing content that features X Studios branding, client work, or studio projects:
- Obtain approval from Leadership before posting.
- Tag @xstudios where appropriate.
- Never share work covered by an NDA under any circumstances.
Client Projects & NDAs
All client projects are considered confidential unless explicitly cleared for public sharing. Even after a project launches publicly, do not share behind-the-scenes content, unreleased work, or internal details without approval.
If in doubt, ask before posting.
