Team Site is X Studios’ internal operations platform. It brings accounting, project delivery, and internal workflow tools into one place.

Overview

Team Site helps our team work faster, stay aligned, and keep day-to-day operations organized.

With Team Site, you can:

• Keep project work moving with shared workflows from proposal to delivery
• Track client and billing activity in one place with clearer handoffs between teams
• Manage contractor work with simple time entry, approvals, and payout visibility
• Request overtime when additional hours are needed and route approvals clearly
• Access FAT/SAT checklists to support project readiness and sign-off
• Open the Google Team Shared Drive to find active files and final deliverables
• Order company swag through internal team workflows
• Access the company handbook whenever you need policy or process guidance
• Handle facility needs like cleaning requests and supply coordination
• Find and manage vendor information without digging through scattered notes
• Stay secure and accountable with role-based access and activity tracking
• Get timely updates through automated notifications when action is needed

Team Shared Drive

As part of the Google Business Suite we have multiple Google Shared Team Drives that the team can use.

Project Repository

Specifically we use Team Shared Drive to keep a current, active, and past archive of project files.

While building/actively working on projects, ensure that this drive has the latest “working” files so the team can pick up, and keep collaboration going. This is also the spot to archive any final files as an archive of the project.
