Housekeeping¶

The X Studios offices are often visited by Clients. Please ensure your space is kept neat-ish and presentable at all times.

Desk Spaces¶

Any confidential information, Intellectual Property (IP) or Brand Managed content should not be publicly displayed, or left out, when not in use. Also, please be courteous to your Co-Workers around you, any leftover food (or stinky items) should be bagged and thrown out in the company dumpster and not left overnight.

Common Areas¶

Ensure all common areas (gym, bar, kitchen, conference room, etc.) are kept clean – simply put: if you make a mess, please clean it up. We often bring in snacks, Red Bull®, coffee, drinks and items for everyone. When in doubt, ask if something is for the taking.

Also, we have a pretty bad ass collection of hot sauces in the fridge. Proceed with caution.

The Fridge¶

As with any company, please also keep track of what you put in the fridge (name and date), we don’t want you grub getting thrown away, or eaten, accidently. Speaking of, the fridge is cleaned out once every month.
